Privacy Policy

StarMynd runs a marketing website and may also process authorized business data for customer engagements, including Amazon seller data where a customer grants permission. We collect the minimum information needed to operate the site and services, and we do not sell your data.
What we collect from this website
- Email address, only when you submit it through a signup form. We use it to send you launch updates and the Friday recap.
- Booking details, only when you schedule a call. Handled by Cal.com.
- Basic, privacy-friendly traffic analytics (page views, referrers, device type). No cross-site tracking.
Amazon-authorized data
When a customer authorizes StarMynd to access Amazon-connected services, StarMynd may process business data made available through the permissions granted to the application. Depending on the approved scopes and roles, this can include account metadata, catalog data, listings data, inventory data, order or finance-related business data, and advertising performance data.
We use that information only to deliver the service requested by the customer, support reporting and analysis, maintain integrations, investigate issues, and fulfill customer support requests.
Upwork account data
StarMynd operates an internal, single-user tool that connects to the Upwork API for the account owner's own Upwork freelancer account, with access granted by the owner through Upwork's OAuth2 authorization. Depending on the approved scopes, this can include marketplace job postings, client invitations, the owner's proposals and profile, and related common entities.
This Upwork data is used only to triage the owner's own leads: reading job postings and invitations, scoring them against the owner's skills and history, and shortlisting which jobs to apply for. Consistent with the Upwork API Terms of Use, StarMynd does not sell, lease, sublicense, or transfer Upwork Content to any third party, does not use Upwork Content for user profiling or advertising, and does not operate any service that competes with Upwork. The tool is not offered to other users and no one is charged for it. Access can be revoked at any time from the owner's Upwork API permissions screen.
How we protect and handle service data
- We restrict access to authorized personnel based on business need.
- We use encryption in transit for website and service communications.
- We work to keep credentials and access tokens out of source code and public repositories.
- We do not sell customer business data.
