For leaders of teams of 3 or more

We build your Company Brain in 14 days.
Or it's free.

One private AI brain your whole team works from. Your docs, your SOPs, your workflows, structured into a single source of truth your team can ask, direct, and put to work. No more routing every question through you. You own every file.

20 to 30 minutes. Bring your team's most-asked questions. Founding rate $2,495, first 5 builds. Cohorts are capacity-capped.

Watch this first

Three minutes: a real Company Brain answering real questions.

No slides. No mockups. A working brain, on screen, doing the job.

The problem

Right now, you are your team's single source of truth.

How to price the bundle. How to handle the angry wholesale customer. Why the March promotion worked and the August one did not. What "good" looks like in a product description. Your team is full of capable people, and every one of them still has to come to you for it, because it lives in your head, and in fragments: a Google Doc from 2023, a Notion page nobody updates, a Slack thread you could never find again.

So you answer the same questions all day, the ones you answered last week. Your team waits on one person: you. New hires take months to become useful, because becoming useful means downloading what only you know. And when your team tries AI, ChatGPT gives them generic answers, because it has never read a single document about your business.

That is the actual problem. AI is powerful, but AI without your business knowledge can never be the AI your team needs it to be. The model is not the missing piece. Your business, structured so your whole team's AI can use it, is the missing piece.

How it works

This is a Company Brain answering questions.

Not a chatbot with your logo on it. A structured, private knowledge system your team's AI reads before it answers. Here is what that looks like in practice, straight out of the demo brain in the video above.

Your ops lead asksHow do we calculate days of cover, and what does it trigger?

Days of cover is on-hand available units divided by the trailing 8-week average daily units, per SKU and per pool, and available excludes quarantined lots and units reserved for open orders. Top movers target 60 to 90 days: below 60 triggers replenishment, above 120 is a cash flag for the weekly review, and below 14 days triggers the stockout SOP immediately. Source: bramble-bay-operations/metrics/metric-days-of-cover. The definition was set at kickoff, and every brief uses it the same way.

Your new hire asksA wholesale customer wants to return an opened case of hand soap. What do we do?

Decline it. Wholesale returns are defect-only within 30 days, and defect means the product as manufactured or shipped: leaking or broken units, the wrong item, mislabeled product, or a quality fault against the retained sample. Opened but unsold stock is not a defect, so decline with the policy reason and route the account conversation to Jordan Blake by the next business day. Source: bramble-bay-cx/procedures/sop-returns-and-refunds.

You type/daily-ops-brief

The brain reads the orders and inventory pointers, the operations knowledge, and the lessons in memory, then writes one dated brief: yesterday's order flow by channel, every SKU under 21 days of cover with its open PO ETA, inbound POs, CX signals, and exactly one focus for the day. Every number carries its read date, and the brief never places a PO or messages anyone. It reads, computes, and recommends. A human acts. Output: outputs/2026-07-21-daily-ops-brief.md.

The term, defined

A Company Brain is one company's private, owned instance of the Infinite Brain pattern: that company's documents, SOPs, workflows, and decisions structured as plain files it owns, which its AI tools read before they answer so every answer is specific to that business and cites its source. The full definition, and what a Company Brain is not.

The shift, named

Most teams use AI backwards. AI plays consultant in a chat window, and your people are still the doers, retyping context into a prompt box all day. A Company Brain inverts that. Your team sets direction and makes the calls. The AI, grounded in your actual business, becomes the doer. That inversion is the entire point, and it only works when the AI has your knowledge to stand on.

You own everything.

The brain is plain files in a private repo under your control.

It is portable forever.

No proprietary database, no platform lock-in. If we disappeared tomorrow, your brain still works.

Your team is the hero.

We build the system and hand them the keys. We empower, never replace.

Not ready for the build?

Download a free starter brain.

The same open-source pattern every Company Brain is built on, in a starter repo you can run with the AI tools you already have, today.

  • The public starter repo and a 10-minute first run, delivered to your inbox.
  • A short email series from Andrew: the first ten questions to ask your brain, how to add your own knowledge, and how to build your first agent.
  • No card, no call. If you never book anything, you still have a working starter brain.

What you get

The build, end to end.

Kickoff and knowledge intake.

We extract what is in your head and your key people's heads, and gather what is in your drive. Your total time cost: about 3 hours across the engagement.

Your Company Brain.

A structured knowledge graph of your docs, SOPs, workflows, and decisions, built in a private repo you own. Plain files, readable by your team and by any AI you point at it. This is the asset. Most companies never build it, because doing it manually takes months of someone's life.

Three working agents, tuned to your business.

Not demos. Working commands your team runs on day one: the ones we agree on at kickoff, built against your real workflows. On recent builds these included an ask-anything analyst, a weekly executive report, and an automated exception scan.

Team onboarding call.

We walk your team through their brain until they can use it without you in the room. Non-technical team members included; recent teams were running their workspaces after a five-minute setup.

30 days of support.

Questions, adjustments, and additions while the brain beds in.

Scope, stated honestly: One team's brain first: one company, up to three departments or source-system groups in the founding scope. Expanding to more teams is a conversation for after your first brain is live, not a surprise invoice.

Value anchor: A knowledge consultant will happily charge five figures to interview your team and hand you a PDF that goes stale in a quarter. An internal wiki project eats months and dies quiet. The Company Brain is neither: it is a working system, delivered in 14 days, that your AI reads every single day. And it is the same delivery system we run for $50M clients.

The timeline

Fourteen days, no mystery.

DaysWhat happens
Day 1Kickoff call and knowledge intake. Your main time investment.
Days 2 to 5We build the knowledge corpus: docs, SOPs, workflows, decisions, structured and cross-linked.
Days 6 to 8We build and tune your three agents against real tasks from your business.
Days 9 to 10Quality gates: every node validated, every agent tested against its job.
Days 11 to 12Team onboarding. Your people drive, we coach.
Days 13 to 14Polish and handoff. The repo, the keys, the documentation. Yours.

Day 15, your team asks the brain instead of asking you.

Proof

Built with the same system that ships for bigger companies.

These are real deliveries from the last 60 days, anonymized until clients opt into being named. Teams first, because that is who this was built for.

A four-person social team, all working from one brain, in days.

One shared team brain plus a personal workspace per team member, generated, governed, and handed off with a five-minute non-technical setup per person. All four workspaces were stamped the same day the generator was finished.

Four people, one production brain, and nobody waiting on the one person who knew how to use it.

The commerce team inside a subscription beauty brand doing roughly $50M.

Contract signed July 6. The team's brain delivered inside the two-week window: 16 commands, 17 agents, and an ask-anything analyst that answers leadership questions with the source shown and every number verified a second way. In week one of live use it caught a data integrity failure a dashboard had been hiding, and refused to report the inflated number.

One team inside a bigger company: the exact shape a Company Brain starts with.

A European consumer-products company selling on Amazon and Faire.

A full company brain covering six source systems across two Amazon regions, wholesale, and DTC. Weekly executive reporting with a reviewer agent that traces every figure to its source before the report ships. Delivered as one build, live on the client's own private repo, which they own outright.

What one team's brain grows into: the whole company on one source of truth.

The 14-day promise is not a bet. It is the delivery window we already work in.

Who builds it

Built by an operator, not a vendor.

Andrew Warner is a CPA who spent ten years as a marketing CFO, managing more than $150 million in marketing spend across DTC ecommerce, subscription, and consumer brands. He then built and sold a DTC brand of his own. For the last two years he has been shipping AI architectures into paying client environments, and he maintains Infinite Brain OS, the open-source implementation of the pattern your Company Brain is built on.

He has sat in your chair: the leader whose team could not move until he answered, looking at the dashboard at midnight. The Company Brain is the system he wished existed then, productized from the builds his clients already run on.

Every build is delivered personally. That is why cohorts are capped.

Pricing

$2,495. Live in 14 days, or it's free.

$2,495 one time

The founding rate is $2,495, one time. It includes the full build: intake, the knowledge graph in a repo you own, three working agents, team onboarding, and 30 days of support.

Founding cohort: 5 buildsThen $3,495Standard $4,995

The guarantee, in plain words: if your Company Brain is not live and answering your team's questions within 14 days of kickoff, you pay nothing. Not a discount. Nothing.

Why this price: the front-end build is how we start relationships, not how we make a living. Teams that want more after day 30 expand: another team's brain, the data layer, or deeper delivery work. No pressure and no subscription hiding in the fine print: the brain is yours either way.

Capacity: the founding cohort is five builds, capped at what we can deliver in 14 days without risking the guarantee. When it fills, the next cohort opens at $3,495, and the standard rate is $4,995. The founding rate retires when the cohort does.

FAQ

Straight answers.

Is our data safe? What do you actually access?

We work from what you give us: documents, SOPs, and exports you choose to share. The brain is built in a private repo under your ownership. No credentials to your systems are required for the founding build, and nothing is shared across clients. Every build is isolated.

We already use ChatGPT. How is this different?

ChatGPT is a model. It has never read your business. A Company Brain is the structured knowledge your AI reads before it answers, so the answer is yours, sourced, and consistent. Same engine, completely different fuel. You keep using the AI tools you already have.

Our docs are a mess. Is that a problem?

Messy docs are the normal starting condition, and fixing that is literally the service. The intake is built to extract knowledge from your head and your scattered files. If your docs were already perfect, you would need us less.

What happens after the 30 days of support?

The brain keeps working. It is plain files you own; nothing expires and nothing needs us to keep running. Companies that want ongoing help can step into our community or deeper engagements, and both are optional.

Why is it so inexpensive?

Because the delivery system already exists and the founding cohort is buying at the proof stage. We want a wave of delivered, referenceable builds. The price steps up as cohorts fill, and the step-ups are published, not invented later.

Can you really do this in 14 days?

It is the window we already deliver in. The most recent comparable build went from signed contract to a delivered brain inside two weeks, for a company far larger than the founding ICP. And the guarantee makes the risk ours, not yours.

Will my team actually use it?

Adoption is designed in, not hoped for. Your team is onboarded live, the agents are built around tasks they already do, and non-technical members get a workspace that takes minutes to set up. The brain answers where they already work; there is no new app to remember.

We are a team of four. Is this for us?

Yes, that is the exact shape this was built for. If you lead a team of three or more, one brain replaces you as the routing point for every question. The most recent four-person team we set up had all four personal workspaces generated in the same minute, on one shared brain. A founder leading a team of three or more fits the same way.

I am solo. Is this for me?

Honestly, not yet. The build is designed around a team: the payoff is your people asking the brain instead of asking you, and solo you are both sides of that conversation. Start with the free starter brain above; it is the same open-source pattern, and it costs nothing. If you want structure and company while you build it yourself, the Skool community is the solo path. When there is a team, come back.

What does the brain not do?

It does not see your analytics, your ad accounts, or your revenue numbers; that is a data layer, and it is a separate, optional step once your brain is live. It is not a chatbot for your website, and it is not a replacement for your team. It makes your team faster, with sources.

Next step

Your team already has a single source of truth. It is you. Time to make a copy.

Book a 20 to 30 minute fit call. We look at your team, your docs, and your goals, and tell you honestly whether a Company Brain fits. If it does not, we will say so and point you at the free starter brain instead. If it does, you pick your cohort, and 14 days later your team has a brain.

$2,495 founding. Live in 14 days, or it's free.
